Time Stat Sheet Form

For active Hearts & Hands Volunteers, you will find the "Volunteer Time Sheet" form you may download and return.
The form is available in two formats of your choosing. Please follow the instructions for each one below.
This version requires Microsoft^® Excel^® installed on your computer.
File name is "timestatsheet.xls"
With this version of the "Volunteer Time Sheet," all you have to do is download this file. When prompted to either "OPEN" or "SAVE," choose "OPEN". You can then complete the form and return form as an email attachment to Hearts & Hands office.

With this version of the "Volunteer Time Sheet," all you have to do is click on timestatsheet.pdf.
