The mission of Hearts and Hands: Faith in Action is to serve the needs of the elderly, those with long-term health concerns and their caregivers in the underserved communities of Akron- Newstead, Alden and the Tonawanda Indian Reservation. We strive to uphold their dignity, improve their quality of life and enhance their ability to stay in their homes, by linking them with trained volunteers.
